How we verified Telos RX
Last pass August 16, 2026 · Method: Headless patchright read of telosrx.com/pages/for-women on 2026-08-16, replacing the 2026-07-07 direct fetch. The absence of an HRT price was the thing being tested and it was confirmed by direct read: every price rendered on that page attaches to a GLP-1 or peptide product and the range runs $49 to $399/mo. The string '$149' does not occur in the page at all, so the '$129 to $149/mo' range this record carried until today was never Telos pricing in the shape we described it. A free doctor's consultation is published on the same page. Web search still surfaces no independent Telos RX review base and no named founder or leadership. Compounded-vs-FDA status is still not stated by Telos; treated as compounded pending verification.
Confirmed on official sources
- No HRT price is published anywhere on the for-women page. Confirmed by direct read, not inferred from a failed fetch [Verified August 2026]
- Free doctor's consultation, stated on the for-women page [Verified August 2026]
- Visible price range on the for-women page is $49 to $399/mo and every one of those prices is a GLP-1 or peptide product [Verified August 2026]
- Bioidentical estradiol (patch, gel, oral) + micronized progesterone where indicated, dosed to labs
- Cancel anytime, one click (stated)
- Broad peptide and GLP-1 menu (PT-141, sermorelin, NAD+); tesamorelin does not appear on the for-women page [Verified August 2026]
- A men's pathway exists but testosterone or TRT is not a featured product
Still resting on third-party reports
- Whether an HRT price exists behind the intake funnel. Nothing on the public for-women page states one
- Compounded-vs-FDA-approved status (not stated by Telos)
- Named clinicians, leadership, corporate entity
- Any independent, menopause-specific rating
We verify against the provider's own public pages without signing up. When a provider blocks crawlers or hides pricing behind intake, we say so. Not disclosed is a finding, and it feeds the Transparency Grade. Full methodology: editorial policy.

Consult fee
No HRT price is published anywhere on the for-women page. The consult itself is free and Telos says so on that page. The only prices it shows run $49 to $399/mo and they attach to the GLP-1 and peptide lines, not to estradiol or progesterone [Verified August 2026, telosrx.com/pages/for-women]

Where it wins
- Bioidentical estradiol in patch, gel, or oral, paired with micronized progesterone where indicated, dosed to your labs and symptom profile rather than a flat template [Verified July 2026, telosrx.com/pages/for-women]
- Labs-based dosing: treatment is set to your bloodwork and symptoms, not a template [Verified July 2026]
- Cancel anytime, one click (stated) [Verified July 2026]
- Broad adjunct menu on one platform (GLP-1 weight loss, PT-141, sermorelin, NAD+) for women who want more than hormones [Verified August 2026]
Where it lags
- HRT is a side line on a peptide-led platform, not a menopause specialty; the whole 'modality-agnostic' breadth is the opposite of a focused menopause specialist [Verified July 2026]
- The HRT-specific price is not published: the for-women page shows only GLP-1 and peptide prices, $49 to $399/mo, so a menopause shopper cannot see the estradiol-plus-progesterone cost before intake [Verified August 2026]
- Bioidentical hormones here are compounded and therefore NOT FDA-approved; Telos does not clearly disclose FDA-approval status [Reported]
- No clinicians named ('US-licensed clinician', 'physician-supervised'), and no leadership or corporate entity surfaced [Verified July 2026, absence]
- No independent menopause review base surfaced; any platform-wide reviews would reflect its GLP-1 and peptide lines, not HRT [Reported]
- Testosterone or TRT is not a confirmed featured product (it appears only in a testimonial), so we scope Telos to the women's wing only [Verified July 2026]
The math
How much Telos RX costs per month, and over the first year
We do not quote a first-year figure for Telos RX because its HRT-specific price is not published: the for-women page shows only GLP-1 and peptide prices, $49 to $399/mo, and we do not invent a hormone price we could not confirm [Verified August 2026].
| Provider | Entry | Year-1 est. | Score | Transparency |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Telos RX (reviewed) | Insurance | n/a | 6.9/10 | D |
| Gala Health | $86/mo | $892 | 7.2/10 | C |
| Winona | $54/mo | $1,161 | 8.4/10 | B |
| Inner Balance | $99/mo | n/a | 7.0/10 | D |
Year-1 totals are our documented estimates from pricing as of August 16, 2026; each provider's assumption set is on its review page. Insurance, HSA/FSA, and promo pricing excluded. “n/a” means no defensible estimate exists yet. Full price breakdown: what HRT really costs.

Verdict
6.9/10A peptide-led platform that also does HRT, scored as such. The labs-based dosing is genuine, but menopause is a side line here, the hormones are compounded and not FDA-approved, no clinicians are named, and the HRT price is not published, which is why it sits at the bottom of the women's wing. Fine as an add-on if you already want peptides or GLP-1 from Telos; if menopause care is the point, Gala Health at least shows you a price, and Winona scores 8.4.

Our reading
Not surfaced: no independent menopause-specific review base (Trustpilot, BBB, or Google) for Telos RX's HRT line was found in our July 2026 pass. Any platform-wide reviews would reflect its GLP-1 weight-loss and peptide business, not menopause care, so we apply no rating credit or penalty. 'Not surfaced' is the honest empty state, not a hidden score.
Change log: what we've corrected on this review
- August 16, 2026Price corrected 129 to 0 with priceDisclosure 'not-published'. The 129 was the Oral Tirzepatide rate off the same page and was never an HRT price. A headless patchright read of telosrx.com/pages/for-women confirmed no HRT price is published anywhere on it, corrected the visible GLP-1 and peptide range from '$129 to $149/mo' to $49 to $399/mo, recorded the published free consult, and removed tesamorelin from the adjunct menu (zero occurrences on that page). Score untouched: a price correction does not license a score change, and the cost inputs now need a recompute-scores pass.
- July 7, 2026Added to the women's wing at 6.9 (rank 7, the wing floor), Transparency D: a broad, peptide-led telehealth platform where menopause HRT is one line on a wide menu, not a specialty. Labs-based dosing is a plus, but the HRT-specific price is not published (only GLP-1 and peptide prices appear), the hormones are compounded and not FDA-approved, no clinicians are named, and no independent menopause review base exists. Scoped to the women's wing only (TRT not a confirmed product). Provisional (new to us). New Katalys affiliate partner; affiliate status does not move the score.
