Does Fella currently offer enclomiphene or testosterone replacement?
The current treatment page names oral enclomiphene. Its hormone FAQ distinguishes stimulating the body's own testosterone production from supplying testosterone through TRT. We could not confirm a current purchasable testosterone-replacement program: the older injection and oral-TRT product URLs returned 404, despite a remaining FAQ referring to TRT in nine states. Confirm availability directly rather than treating that FAQ as an offer.
Enclomiphene is not FDA-approved. Trials found maintained sperm concentrations alongside higher testosterone in selected men; that does not establish improved pregnancy or live-birth outcomes. Fella's fertility language is therefore not a guarantee. Discuss fertility goals and the cause of low testosterone with a licensed clinician.

How much does Fella enclomiphene cost?
The standalone page shows $199 for its monthly option and $894 payable for six months. The latter divides to $149 per month, but is a prepayment, not six monthly installments. Medication is advertised as included. Six monthly $199 payments would total $1,194, making the advertised prepaid difference $300 if the same treatment and terms apply.
The hormone FAQ separately advertises an add-on starting at $99 monthly for weight-loss members. That does not include the separate weight-loss plan's cost. Compare the combined bill if you need both services, and ask whether ending weight-loss care changes the hormone charge or eligibility.

What testing and clinical access should you confirm?
Fella advertises free lab work and personalized coaching. Its page describes local or home testing, acceptance of results from the preceding 24 months, and video sessions with a health coach every two weeks. Coaching access is not the same as a scheduled appointment with your prescribing clinician.
Ask which baseline results are required for your prescription and when repeat testing occurs. The Endocrine Society recommends symptoms plus consistently low testosterone, confirmed with repeat morning testing, when diagnosing hypogonadism. Obtain the treating clinician's name, dispensing pharmacy and instructions for reporting adverse effects. A general laboratory-access claim does not answer those prescription-specific questions.

Which cancellation terms apply to Fella hormone care?
The linked membership agreement identifies several Fella Medical Group entities but repeatedly limits its services to obesity treatment. It describes prepaid membership, renewal for the same term, and termination with 30 days' prior written notice. Those published terms cannot, by themselves, settle the contract for a standalone enclomiphene purchase.
Request the hormone-specific agreement before paying, including the renewal date, cancellation method and treatment-discontinuation rules. Ask whether unused prepaid service is refundable and whether any medication already prepared is excluded. Keep the agreement and written cancellation confirmation. We have not exercised Fella's cancellation process or verified a personalized refund calculation.

Does Fella's six-month money-back guarantee cover enclomiphene?
Do not assume it does. The guarantee page limits its six-month promise to GLP-1 weight-loss treatment and excludes additional treatments such as TRT. A broad guarantee badge elsewhere on the site should not override that limitation when you are buying a hormone program.
The same page discusses refunds when someone cannot begin treatment after medical review or cannot continue because of intolerable side effects. Since the page's stated scope is weight loss, obtain written confirmation of any corresponding hormone-plan rights. Ineligibility, stopping treatment and dissatisfaction are different circumstances; ask what happens to each charge in your situation.
