Wisp is honest about the fee it controls and silent about the cost it does not, which nets out to a pricing black box even though nothing is hidden. FDA-approved hormones and pharmacy-priceable medication are real advantages over the compounded mail-order model that dominates this wing. No labs, no named clinicians, and a 40-plus gate are why it starts at the floor. If your insurance covers estradiol and progesterone well, run the numbers before dismissing it.
