Policy

Corrections policy

A wrong price, a wrong score, a wrong grade, a wrong clinical claim or a dead source gets fixed the day it is confirmed, including when the fix drops a paying partner in the rankings. Report one to editorial@hrtpicks.com. Material corrections are disclosed in three places: a dated entry on the affected provider's review page, a refreshed verification date on the fact itself, and the public changelog, which currently holds 18 dated provider entries across 12 of 16 providers, running from May 12, 2026 to July 31, 2026, alongside site-level events.

Entries are never rewritten. A correction to a correction gets its own dated entry underneath the original.

What triggers a correction

How fast, and the rule that overrides commercial interest

Confirmed errors ship the same day. The standing rule, which predates any commercial relationship on this site: a correction runs on schedule even when it lowers a paying partner's score, moves it down a ranking, removes it from a featured placement, or adds a red flag to its review. 6 of the 16 providers here pay us a commission, and none of them gets a delay.

The mechanism is what makes the deadline credible rather than the promise. Every price, score, grade and provider fact on this site reads from one file at build time. A corrected price is one edit, and the rankings table, the comparison pages, the cheapest pages, the review page, the price index and the AI-readable files all change with it in the same commit. There is no second copy to forget, and an automated check runs after the edit specifically to find one.

How a correction is disclosed

Silent editing is the normal practice in this category and it is the practice this page exists to refuse. A material correction shows up in three places at once:

  1. On the page it affects. The provider's review page carries a dated entry saying what changed and why, in the words written on the day.
  2. On the fact itself. The verification date attached to that provider's data moves to the date of the new read, and the fact's status label moves with it.
  3. In the public changelog. Every dated provider entry on the site, plus roster moves and site-level changes, in one reverse-chronological list.

Typo fixes, formatting, and rewording that changes no fact are not logged. Anything that moves a number, a rank, a grade, a status label or a clinical statement is.

  • Alloy · July 31, 2026

Restored to the live roster. Alloy was parked on 2026-07-07 for having no Katalys program, which left the A-F transparency scale with no A on it. Every published price re-read on myalloy.com/solutions this day and unchanged: estradiol pill $39.99/mo, patch $74.99/mo, gel $69.99/mo, Evamist spray $69.99/mo, vaginal cream $119.97 per 3-month supply, progesterone from $23/mo, paroxetine $34.99/mo. The $49 one-time consult fee is still [Reported]. Alloy earns us no commission.

  • Wisp · July 24, 2026

Added to the women's wing at 7.3 (rank 5 of 8), Transparency B. Wisp discloses its own pricing better than anything else below rank 3, publishing a flat $99 consult with no intake gate, and it is the only provider here dispensing FDA-approved hormones through your local pharmacy where insurance applies. First drafted at the wing floor (6.8, rank 8) on the reasoning that the $99 excludes the medication and no labs are required before systemic hormones. Recomputing the evidence overruled that: Wisp scores a strict 4.6, the third-strongest floor in the wing, against Gala 2.8, Hers 2.7, Telos 2.5 and Inner Balance 1.4, so floor placement would have ranked a 4.6-evidence provider below a 1.4. Held below Hers (7.4) because Hers's $79 includes the hormones. Ranks 6 through 8 each shifted down one. Provisional; four disclosure criteria and the entire review picture are unverified this pass, so re-rank after a deeper crawl. New Katalys affiliate partner; the evidence moved it up, not the partnership.

  • MangoRx · July 8, 2026

Added to the men's wing at 7.0 (rank 3 within wing, tied with PeterMD by score), Transparency C: a genuinely all-inclusive $99/mo injectable TRT with labs included and public-company (NASDAQ: MGRX) corporate disclosure earn the highest strict base of the three men-only providers, but the broad-platform positioning (TRT is one line on a GLP-1/ED/hair menu, not a TRT specialty), a tiny platform-wide review base, and a JS-blocked funnel hold it to the 7.0 floor, below Hone (7.5). Scoped to the men's wing. Provisional (new to us). New Katalys affiliate partner; affiliate status does not move the score.

Read the rest in the full changelog. Some entries record verification passes and roster moves rather than errors, and they are published the same way so the record shows the whole edit history instead of a curated slice of it.

Report an error

Email editorial@hrtpicks.com, which is the corrections address for this site. The general inbox is thecompoundgroupco@gmail.com and anything sent there about an error gets routed the same way.

What moves fastest: the exact page, the exact sentence or number, and a link to a source that shows the correct version. A provider disputing a price should send the URL on its own site where the current price is published, because that is the source we verify against and it settles the question in one round.

Providers are welcome to write in. What a provider cannot buy or negotiate is a score, a rank or the removal of an accurate red flag. The rubric and the promotional bound are published in full at methodology, including the arithmetic behind every score, so a dispute about a number can be argued against the rule that produced it.

What this policy does not cover

Disagreement with a score is an editorial dispute rather than an error, and it belongs at methodology, where the weights and point values are published and can be argued with directly. Independence, conflict of interest and the score firewall are at editorial policy. Who pays us is at affiliate disclosure, and how a featured placement is chosen is at how we feature.

Maintained by Iacob Pastina. Provider facts on this site carry their own verification dates on the review pages, and hormone therapy decisions belong to you and a licensed clinician rather than to any comparison site.
