30 dated entries across 8 of the 8 platforms we track, newest first. Every score change, price correction and roster move is here with the reasoning as it was written on the day. Comparison sites in this category move rankings without saying so, which is the whole reason this page exists.

Entries are never rewritten. When we get something wrong, the fix lands as a new entry with a new date and the original stays where it is, including the ranks and wing sizes it quoted at the time. 8 of the platforms below pay us a commission and their corrections publish the same way as everyone else's. Who pays us.

How often prices get re-checked

5 providers a week, longest-unverified first, so the full roster of 8 comes round about every 2 weeks. Each pass re-reads the provider's own published pricing page, updates the verification date, and promotes a reported figure to verified only when it was seen directly. Providers that block automated readers stay on reported labels until someone checks them by hand, and we say which ones those are on the editorial policy page.

    Replaced the earlier calibrated ratings with five equally weighted, source-linked disclosure checks: treatment, payment, care process, pharmacy and terms. Every published provider review now explains its points, and the full hormone-care rankings use the same totals. The score does not measure clinical quality or treatment outcomes. Retained A–F grades are separately dated historical assessments. Existing treatment-link restrictions, paused offers and recommendation holds remain in force. Also corrected Wisp's advertised care price and Sesame's subscription description against their current menopause pages.

    Corrected the current menopause service to an ongoing subscription with visits, messaging and selected labs. Removed the old per-visit price anchor and first-month estimate because the current subscription fee was not established. Restored the existing 7.0/10, Transparency C dossier to the active men's shopping catalog without changing its score or price caveat. The HRT Picks contract lists a $150 TRT CPA; compensation does not affect the ranking.

    PeterMD joins the active TRT shopping catalogSite

    Katalys now shows PeterMD joined for HRT Picks, with a TRT-specific landing. Its existing 7.0/10 score and Transparency C grade did not change. PeterMD now appears in the men's rankings, finder and comparison tools. The advertised $79/month requires $948 prepaid for a year; its month-to-month rate is $139, with new-patient labs and a checkout fee potentially extra. The affiliate relationship affects eligibility for the commercial catalog, not the editorial score.

    Gala HealthProvider

    Switched to the newly generated, HRT Picks-approved HRT v2 link. Replaced the older cycle-priced offer with its advertised $69/month plan, updated the named treatment routes, and corrected the compounded-only classification to the current provider-published FDA-approved formulary with an explicit independent-verification limit. Added its lab and account-cancellation statements. Scores and grades were not recalculated in this focused update. Earlier offer evidence is retained in the dated verification report.

Split oral compounded enclomiphene from clomiphene and added topical progesterone cream, vaginal estradiol cream and Vagifem vaginal inserts. Each estimate excludes membership and initial testing. No score, grade or affiliate approval changes.

    Shopping catalog restricted to approved affiliate partnersSite

    Rankings, provider directories, menus, comparison tools, quiz matches and recommendations now cover approved HRT Picks affiliate partners. Previously, only promotional placements applied this restriction. The shopping catalog is a commercial shortlist, not a whole-market comparison. Approval determines inclusion; the scoring methodology and recorded scores are unchanged. Previously published research remains accessible at its original URLs, outside the shortlist, with no nonpartner signup buttons.

    Separated the consult formulary into estradiol patch, gel and oral routes, oral micronized progesterone, and the oral progestin Provera. Removed wording that could imply progesterone patches. Added Dr. Shannon Chatham, DO from the official consult page and removed the obsolete no-named-clinician claims. Reconfirmed the $99 consult and separate pharmacy medication charge. Score, rank and Transparency Grade remain unchanged pending a methodology review; this was not an independent credential check.

    Corrected treatment eligibility: Basic excludes hormones. Men's Plus is $135/mo, women's Premium $155/mo, medication extra. Removed the invalid $53/month and ~$700/year estimates that paired Basic with testosterone and treated a per-vial price as monthly. Added separate wing pricing, initial/confirmatory testing, women's medication estimates and the published patient state list. Scores and grade were not reassessed.

    Re-read honehealth.com: Basic $25/mo and Premium $155/mo plus medication, $65 biomarker test with consult, all unchanged since July. Trustpilot 4.8 across 12,348 reviews, up from 12,069 in August. The review now reads as a TRT review with the women's line as its own section, which is the order Hone itself sells in. Added the 18 restricted states from Hone's partner program terms, the nearest thing to a state list Hone publishes.

    PeterMD and Maximus return to the men's wingSite

    The August 28 cut left the men's wing with two clinics, and two clinics is a shortlist, not a comparison. PeterMD (7.0, Transparency C) and Maximus (6.5, Transparency D) are back at the scores they earned on the published rubric, with the five head-to-head pages that name them. Neither pays us anything, and neither review carries an outbound link: a reader who wants one of them goes to that clinic's own site the way they would have anyway, and a reader still deciding gets the same score-sorted table as everyone else. Defy Medical stays parked until its July prices are re-read, and Marek Health and Fountain TRT stay out until they can be verified at all, since both block every automated read.

    Roster cut to the platforms we have a commercial relationship withSite

    Eleven platforms left the comparison in a single pass: Alloy, Midi Health, Hers Menopause, Defy Medical, Gennev, Elektra Health, Inner Balance, PeterMD, Maximus, Telos RX and Fella Health. What is left is Winona, Sesame Care, Hone Health, Wisp and Gala Health on the women's wing, and Hone Health and MangoRx on the men's, and every one of them is an affiliate partner. That is the honest description of what this comparison now covers, and it is why we are saying it here rather than letting a shorter table speak for itself. Two consequences a reader should know about. The Transparency Grade scale lost the only A it had, so the highest grade any platform on the roster currently holds is a B. And the score is still computed the same way it always was, on the published rubric, with affiliate status excluded from it. What changed is who is in the room, not how they are graded. The parked records are kept rather than deleted, so a restore is one edit, and the review pages for those eleven redirect rather than break.

    Price confirmed at $99 by direct read and upgraded from [Reported] to [Verified August 2026]. Three corrections came with it. Labs are NOT included: $75 SpotDX or $100 Tasso+, required from the last 30 days, so first-month cost moves from $99 to $174 to $199 and year one from $1,188 to $1,288. The Testosterone Treatment is available in 14 states, not the 42 the platform advertises, which counts GLP-1, ED and hair. And the cancellation policy is published and self-serve after all, with all sales final once fulfilled, plus insurance explicitly not accepted. First-month total corrected $228 to $384.09 ($278 + $95 labs + $11.09 checkout service fee). Labs corrected from $259/$129 to $190/$95. HCG corrected from a +$19/mo add-on to a $147 one-time 5,000 IU vial. Added the anchor-pricing ladder ($79/mo needs $948 prepaid for 12 months, $109/mo needs $654 for 6). The 403-blocks-bots note is retired: the site returns 200 to headless patchright, so the [Reported] labels on pricing are upgraded. Score untouched; cost inputs moved, so recompute-scores is owed.

    Billing cycle corrected to 28 days, per Winona's own FAQ. Every other provider on this roster is measured at 12 charges a year and Winona was too, which left its first-year figure one full charge short of real: firstYearCostUSD 1068 to 1161 ($89 x 13.04 = $1,160.56). Prices themselves are unchanged. Three grade criteria moved on evidence: clinicians are now named with credentials, the cancellation policy is now published, and corporate disclosure is partially resolved (leadership yes, founders and HQ still no). State coverage corrected from 48 to 37 states plus Puerto Rico, 11 fewer than recorded. Transparency Grade left at B pending review, since three of its five criteria changed in the same pass. Score untouched; cost inputs moved, so recompute-scores is owed.

    The site's Google Search Console property became readable to our tooling, so position and impression data now informs which pages get worked on. Before this, page selection ran on keyword-tool estimates and guesswork about what was already ranking.

    Alloy restored to the rosterSite

    Alloy came back after being parked on 2026-07-07 for having no affiliate program, which had left the Transparency Grade scale with no A on it at all. Its comparison page was still indexed and still getting impressions while returning a 404. Every published price was re-read the same day and none had moved. Alloy earns us nothing.

    A new entry rather than a restore. Elektra bills commercial insurance and charges per visit rather than monthly, which is one of the reasons the price column now carries an explicit disclosure type instead of a bare number.

    Midi Health, Defy Medical and Gennev restoredSite

    Three providers parked on 2026-07-07 came back. All three price per visit or publish only an average, and rendering any of them as a monthly rate would have been a false comparison, so the price field gained a disclosure type in the same pass: monthly, per visit, average only, insurance, or not published.

    Added to the women's wing at 7.3 (rank 5 of 8), Transparency B. Wisp discloses its own pricing better than anything else below rank 3, publishing a flat $99 consult with no intake gate, and it is the only provider here dispensing FDA-approved hormones through your local pharmacy where insurance applies. First drafted at the wing floor (6.8, rank 8) on the reasoning that the $99 excludes the medication and no labs are required before systemic hormones. Recomputing the evidence overruled that: Wisp scores a strict 4.6, the third-strongest floor in the wing, against Gala 2.8, Hers 2.7, Telos 2.5 and Inner Balance 1.4, so floor placement would have ranked a 4.6-evidence provider below a 1.4. Held below Hers (7.4) because Hers's $79 includes the hormones. Ranks 6 through 8 each shifted down one. Provisional; four disclosure criteria and the entire review picture are unverified this pass, so re-rank after a deeper crawl. New Katalys affiliate partner; the evidence moved it up, not the partnership.

    Added to the men's wing at 7.0 (rank 3 within wing, tied with PeterMD by score), Transparency C: a genuinely all-inclusive $99/mo injectable TRT with labs included and public-company (NASDAQ: MGRX) corporate disclosure earn the highest strict base of the three men-only providers, but the broad-platform positioning (TRT is one line on a GLP-1/ED/hair menu, not a TRT specialty), a tiny platform-wide review base, and a JS-blocked funnel hold it to the 7.0 floor, below Hone (7.5). Held below Winona (8.4) by the marketplace trade-offs: menopause is one of 120+ services, no specialist continuity, care depth varies, no menopause-specific review base, and a minority of surprise-charge complaints.
