Terms of use

What this site does

We research and rank 16hormone-care telehealth platforms across a women's menopause HRT wing and a men's TRT wing, publish what each one charges, and grade what each one discloses before you hand over money. The scoring weights and the transparency criteria are published on our editorial policy page. We take no payment for a ranking position and we never have.

We do not provide care, dispense medication, employ clinicians, process intakes, or hold any record of your treatment. Every clinical interaction happens on a provider's own platform under their own terms, and we are not a party to it.

Not medical advice, and no clinical relationship

Everything published here is general information for adults deciding how to shop for care. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment recommendation for you specifically, and not a substitute for a consultation with a licensed clinician who can see your history, your labs and your risk factors. Hormone therapy carries real risks that depend on your personal history, and the right decision for one reader is the wrong decision for another.

Reading this site, using its tools, taking its quiz, or emailing us does not create a clinician-patient relationship of any kind. Never delay seeking care, and never start, stop or change a prescription because of something you read here. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

Prices change, and our figures are dated readings

Every price on this site was read off the provider's own published page on a stated date, and each provider carries the date it was last checked. We re-verify on a rotating cadence, currently anchored to July 2026. Providers change prices, plan terms, formularies, shipping policies and state availability whenever they like and without telling us. A figure here can be correct on the day it was verified and wrong the day you read it.

We also mark how a price should be read, because a per-visit fee and a monthly subscription are not the same thing even when the number matches, and because some platforms publish only an average or a ceiling. Confirm the current price and terms on the provider's own checkout before you pay. Where a provider blocks our automated checking, the fact carries a reported label instead of a verified one, in public, on the review page.

Scores and Transparency Grades are our editorial opinion, produced by applying a published methodology to evidence we collected. A score is a judgment about a company, and two careful people can weigh the same evidence differently. If you find an error, write to us and we will correct it, including when the correction hurts a company that pays us.

How we make money

6 of the 16 platforms we rank pay us a commission if you sign up after clicking through from here. That costs you nothing extra and it does not move a score or an objective ranking: the rankings tables are sorted by score, full stop. Promotional placements can feature a paying partner, and where they do we label it as a featured pick, show its real score, and name the highest-scored provider beside it. The full disclosure names every company that pays us.

Links to other companies

Outbound links, whether commissioned or not, lead to companies we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their websites, their pricing, their clinical decisions, their fulfilment, their billing, or how they handle your data. A link is not an endorsement of everything that company does, and our review of a provider is not a warranty of the care you will receive from it. Read their terms and their privacy policy before you sign up.

Using the site

You may read, print and share this site freely, and you may quote it with attribution and a link. You may not scrape it at a volume that degrades service for other readers, republish substantial portions as your own, misrepresent our scores or grades, use it to build a competing dataset presented as independently gathered, or use it to break the law. The text, scoring methodology, Transparency Grade criteria and price database are ours and stay ours.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We work hard on accuracy and we still cannot promise the site is error-free, uninterrupted, or current at the moment you read it. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, and where that is the case the exclusion applies only as far as the law permits.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or any loss arising from your use of this site, from reliance on any information or price published here, or from any dealing with a provider you found through us. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects consumer rights that the law of your own country or state gives you regardless of contract.

Indemnity

If your misuse of this site causes a third-party claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of dealing with it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which this site is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute belongs to the courts of that jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protections of the mandatory law where you live, and it does not stop you bringing a claim in your local courts where the law gives you that right.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms when the site changes in a way that makes them inaccurate. The date at the top is the last time that happened. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version, and the current version is always the one on this page.
