Both public product pages advertise a $49 starting offer. We did not establish the recurring medication charge, minimum commitment or cost of repeat labs. A low entry payment can make evaluation easier to start, but it is not enough to compare a year's care against a bundled monthly provider.

Before paying, ask for one written quote that separates the initial assessment, medication, laboratory testing and shipping. Confirm when medication is first charged and whether changing formulation or dose changes the bill. We do not calculate a first-year total from an unknown recurring price.

What is the difference between Enhanced testosterone and enclomiphene?

Enhanced's testosterone page is specifically an injectable TRT route. Its enclomiphene page describes an oral capsule intended to stimulate the body's own testosterone production. An enclomiphene prescription is not a testosterone injection in pill form. Keep the compound and delivery method explicit when comparing offers.

The testosterone page also mentions cream in its broader explanatory copy, but this review's approved offer is the injectable route. We do not present that link as a verified cream-specific checkout. Enhanced's own FAQ says its medications are compounded by state-licensed US pharmacies; compounded products are not FDA-approved.

What blood tests and medical support does Enhanced describe?

The testosterone page lists total and free testosterone, estradiol, hematocrit, PSA and metabolic testing among its monitored markers. The enclomiphene page names baseline testosterone, LH and FSH, with further monitoring during treatment. These are the provider's published descriptions; the clinician should explain which tests apply to you and the repeat schedule.

The pages name clinicians and scientific advisers, but an advisory profile is not proof that the named person will prescribe for you. Ask who your treating clinician is, whether they are licensed in your state and how to contact the care team between appointments. We have not independently audited the service's licenses or dispensing pharmacies.

Who should discuss fertility before choosing a treatment?

Anyone planning children should raise that goal before starting a hormone prescription. The Endocrine Society recommends diagnosing hypogonadism only when relevant symptoms accompany consistently low testosterone, and recommends against testosterone therapy for men planning fertility in the near term. Low energy or a quiz result alone does not establish that diagnosis.

Enhanced markets enclomiphene for men concerned about fertility. That is a reason for a clinician conversation, not a guarantee of preserved fertility or a reason to select your own prescription. Tell the clinician about fertility plans, other medication, medical history and any prior hormone use.

Does Enhanced's guarantee cover every TRT purchase?

The product pages describe clinician review before medication charging and an ineligibility refund. The general terms contain a separate 90-day guarantee for eligible non-controlled prescription treatment. Controlled-substance treatment is excluded from that 90-day offer, so do not assume an injectable testosterone purchase has the same satisfaction protection as an eligible non-controlled product.

The terms limit eligible refunds to the latest medication billing cycle, excluding lab work, consultation, shipping and taxes. Enhanced is a useful shortlist option when you want a direct route to either injectable testosterone or oral enclomiphene, and are comfortable obtaining the full recurring quote during the clinical process. Its public explanation of labs and treatment differences gives you concrete questions to take into that consultation.

The remaining decision is financial and clinical: the correct prescription, the total ongoing bill and your ability to leave the plan.
