These 7 platforms are the ones our promotional surfaces can feature: the homepage cards, the affiliate strip and the sticky bar. 3 of them pay us. 4 of them do not, and they are in the table anyway because they earned their score. The order below is score order, which is the only order this table is ever allowed to use.

Prices carry their own qualifier because they are not all the same kind of number. A per-visit figure is one consult with the prescription billed separately. An average is the provider's own published estimate rather than a rate we can hold them to. We publish the commission relationship and never the amount, because a payout figure would invite exactly the inference the editorial firewall exists to rule out.

Why Winona sits in the Top Pick slot

The featured-pick override is switched on. It pins Winona to the Top Pick slot on the promotional surfaces as a commercial decision, and it is disclosed here rather than buried in a footer. Winona scores 8.4/10 with a Transparency Grade B, which clears the floor a partner has to reach before it can be featured at all.

Winona is not the score leader and we never call it one. That is Alloy at 8.9/10, and on the men's wing it is Defy Medical at 7.6/10. The label on the promotional slot reads "Our Top Pick" and the score leader is named beside it every time. The rules that bound this.

Partners we take money from and do not feature

3 of our 6 partners appear on no featured surface at all. The featured slots go to the top four eligible providers in each wing by score, and these did not make that cut. They keep their row, their real price and their real score in the rankings. Listing them here is the point: a commission on its own buys nothing. The eligibility floors.

• We earn a commission when a reader signs up through a link to one of the 6 platforms named above. The price you pay is the same either way.
• Partner CTAs carry tracking parameters and a sponsored link attribute. A platform that pays us nothing gets a link to our review of it instead of an outbound button, which is a commercial decision on our side and changes nothing about its score.
• The rankings table is sorted by score, descending, on every surface where it appears. A commission has never moved a provider up it and the recompute script would catch it if anyone tried.
• Red flags publish for partners too. When new evidence hurts a paying platform, the correction ships the same day.
